r � <br /> t & _•� <br /> i <br /> BILL NUMBER <br /> ORDINANCE NUMBER <br /> AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEED OF DEDIC&TION TO PUBLIC USE FOREVER, <br /> TO THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, FOR STR^ET PURPOSES OF THE <br /> WEST TEN (10) FEET OF LOT ONE (1) BLACK FIVE (5) VERNON PLACE SUBDIVISION, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO HAVE THE SAME RECORDED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The Deed of Dedication to public use Forever, to the City <br /> of University City, Missouri, for street purposes of the West Ten (10) <br /> feet of Lot One (1) Block Five (5) Vernon Place Subdivision of said Cityo <br /> duly signed and acknowledged by the owners of the land dedicated, ADELINE <br /> HUMMERT and E. F. HUMMERT, her husband, FRANK V. MODIACK and GRACE S.' <br /> WOODLOCK, his wife, and FESTUS G. WOODLACK, on the 27th day of May, A. D. <br /> 1925, be, and the same is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to have the same recorded in the office of the <br /> Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to law. <br /> SECTION 2.
