<br /> Section 1. .gin alley in block 5 of i'orth Parkview Sub-
<br /> division in the City of University city, St . Louis County, 1,,iissouri
<br /> as shown on a plat recorded in plat book 11, page 4 of the Record-
<br /> er of Deeds Office of the County of St . Louis, Lissouri , between s
<br /> Interdrive, Limit Avenue, Enright ivenue and Clemens Avenue, it 1'
<br /> is hereby established as a public highway and alley, the width
<br /> thereof to be fifteen (15 '
<br /> feet and the center line thereof to
<br /> run along the East line of lots one (1 ) to thirteen (13 ) , both I`
<br /> inclusive in said block 5, and plat describing said alley prepared
<br /> by the City Engineer of the City of niversity .pity of .._i_ssouri and
<br /> new on file in his office , is hereby anrroved, confirm 6d, adopted
<br /> and by this reference made a part of this ordinance with like
<br /> effect as if said plat were incorporated herein and made a part
<br /> hereof.

<br /> Section 2. There is hereby established a Eenefit Assess-
<br /> ment or Faxing District in the City of University City, St. Louis
<br /> County, . issouri , for the establishing and opening of said alley
<br /> as aforesaid as follows:
<br /> All of block 5 of Uorth Parkview Sub- s'
<br /> division, bounded on the North by Clemens t
<br /> Avenue , on the �:ast by Limit Avenue , on `
<br /> the South by .inright _avenue and on the 1
<br /> Jest by Interdrive.
<br /> The exact boundaries of the said Lenefit
<br /> Assessment and i

<br /> Taxing District as described hereinbefore, are shown onu the plat
<br /> of said '!axing District, and filed in the office of the city inp- I
<br /> ineer of the City of University City, which said plat is marked:
<br /> "Plat of the 3enefi t or Taxing District for
<br /> the Establishing or Opening of a Public
<br /> Alley in Stock 5 , North Parkview Subdivision. "

<br /> The said plat is hereby approved, confirmed, ador,ted and
<br /> made a part hereof with the same force and effect as if the same 1
<br /> plat were incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
