thirty feet (S0') perpendicularly dist.ent West of and parallel <br />to the present center line of Henley Road; the East line of the <br />heroin proposed highway from the South line of Lot 21 of <br />Central Suburbs eight hundred sixty-seven and twenty-five <br />hundredths feet (86V.25'1 South of the South line of Olive <br />Boulevard sixty feet (60') wide, to Olive Boulevard shall be <br />thirty feet (30') perpendicularly distant East of and parallel <br />to the present center line of Henley Road. ..i <br /> <br /> PROVIDED, that of private property on the West side <br />of Henley Road sought to be condemned for the widening of <br />said proposed highway, between the southern city limits of <br />University ~ity and the extension Westwardly of Stanford <br />Avenue, constituting in particular the Eastern ten feet <br />(10') of Lots Six, Seven, Eight and Nine (6, V, 8 and 91 <br />of Block A of Bemiston Subdivision, the Eastern ten feet <br />(10') of Lots One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, <br />Eight and Nine (1, 2, 5, 4, 5, 6, V, S and 9), inclusive, <br />of Block B of Bemlston Subdivision, the Eastern fifteen <br />feet t15') of Lots One and Twenty-six (1 and 26) Of Block <br /> t fifteen <br />Four4) of West Delmar Subdivision, he Eastern <br />feet (15') of Lot Forty-two (42) of Central Suburbs Sub- <br />division between Gannon Avenue and Cornell Avenue, and the <br />Eastern fifteen feet (15') of Lots Twenty-four Twenty-five, <br />Twenty-six and Twenty-seven 24, 25, 26 and 2VI of the <br />Amended Plat of Block Three 15) of Cannondale Subdivision, <br />shall be for a period of ten (10} years from and after the <br />passage and approval of this Ordinance subject to such rights, <br />burdens and easements to and in favor of the respective ad- <br />Jacent properties as herein particularly set forth. <br /> <br /> Owners of respective adjacent properties to have <br />full control thereover, to be charged with the proper care <br />and maintenance of the same and to enjoy the use thereof, <br />all as fully as the present ownership of the same permits <br />or requires. <br /> <br /> Sac. ~. In connection with the proposed widening <br />of Henley Road, as heroin provided, there is hereby established <br />a benefit or taxing district, including therein the property <br />within the district described as follows; <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the North Town- <br />ship line of Township 45 North, Range 6 East with <br />the East line of LOt Six (6} in Block One (11 of <br />Morgan Place Subdivision; thence Southwardly along <br />the East lines of Lots Six (6) to One (1) inclusive <br />~aid Block One (1), of Morgan Place Subdivision <br />and along their prolongation Southwardly to the in- <br />tersection of the center line of Henley Road (60' <br />wide); thence Eastwardly along the center line of <br />Henley Road (60' wide), to its intersection with <br />the center line of Mr. Vernon Avenue (60' wide); <br /> <br /> <br />
