Story. A group of attached or detached buildings containing <br />individual sleeping or living units, designed for or used temporarily by <br />automobile tourists or transients, with getage attached or parking space <br />conveniently located to each unit, including auto courts, motels or motor <br />lodges. <br /> <br /> Tourist home. A building in which lodging, with or without meals, <br />is offered to autcmobile tourists for compensation. <br /> <br /> Trailer. A vehicle or residence on wheels, skids or rollers, without <br />motive power, designed to be used for human habitation or for carrying <br />persons or property, including trailer coaab or house trailer, but excluding <br />truck trailer. <br /> <br />Trailer camp. Same as "Camp, tourist." <br /> <br /> Use. The purpose for which land or a building is arranged, designed <br />or intended, or for which either land or a building is or may be occupied <br />or meintainod. <br /> <br /> Use. mixed. Occupancy of a building or parcel of land by uses permitted <br />in different districts under this chapter, viz., by business and dwelling <br />units or by oomercial and industrial uses. <br /> <br /> Use. transitional. A more liberal use of land or ~;~ding permitted on <br />a lot in an "R" district, the side of which abuts upcm the side or rear of a' <br />lot in a '~" or '~" district. <br /> <br /> Y~.d.. An open space, other than a court, on a lot, unoccupied and un- <br />obstructed from the ground upward, except as otherwise provided in this <br />chapter. See section 2003.3. <br /> <br /> <br />
