The following regularices <br />shall apply in all "R-6" districtss (Fo~ "suDnlemental rexnxlatic~s" and <br />',exceptiotas" see articles 2002 amt 2003.) <br /> <br /> Use. No building or land shall be used and no building shall be hereafter <br />erected, ' structurally altered or enlarged, unless otherwise provided in this <br />chapter, except for the follow*Ang usess <br /> <br />1) Any use permitted in the "R-i" to "R-5" districts inclusive. <br /> <br />2) Multiple-famil~ dwelling. <br /> <br />3) 0onditional use, Same as permitted in "R-i" district. <br /> <br />4) Transitional uses Same as permitted in "Re4" district. <br /> <br />§) Uses customarily incident to any use permitted in this district - same as <br /> allowed in "R-4" district. <br /> <br />6) Accessory being, provided that it shall be located as required in section <br /> 2002.4 · <br /> <br />7) Sign or name plate as provided for in section 2002.7. <br /> <br /> Automobile ~arkinz. Parking space shall be provided as required in section <br />2002.5. <br /> <br />~.eight.. Same as permitted in "R-5" district. <br /> <br /> Area. No building shall be hereafter erected or enlarged unless the following <br />lot area and yards are provided in connection with such building or enlergementl <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Lot area. Every lot shall have a minimum width of fifty feet and a minimum <br />area of five thousand square feet. The minimum lot area per dwelling ,mit <br />shall be, for one-family dwelling five thousand square feet; for two-family <br />and four-family two thousand square feet- _._~a for ~ll other dwell~n8s fifteen <br />hundred square feet (see sectiota 2002.2;I provided that where a lot has less <br />width or area than herein required and ~as recorded under separate ownership <br />from adjoining lots at the time of the adoption of ordinance No. 1254, March <br />27, 1926, such lot may be occupied by any use permitted in this district, but <br />in no case shall the lot area per dwelling unit be less than fifteen hundred <br />square feet. <br /> <br />2) Front yard. Same as required in "R-4" district. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Side yards. For a "dwelling" two and one-half stories or less, same as <br />required in the '~-l" district.
