BILL NO. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED BY COUNCII2,~AN PAUL TANDLER <br /> <br />5966 ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />3921 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER IX, MUNICIPAL CODE OF UNIVERSITY <br />CITY, 1950, AS COMPREHENSIVELY AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 3772, <br />ENACTED FEBRUARY 1, 1960, BY PMPEALING ARTICLE 901 THEREOF, <br />RELATING TO CERTAIN GENERAL PROVISIONS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU <br />THEREOF A NEW ARTICLE TO BE EI[0WN AS "ARTICLE 901, GENERAL <br />PROVISIONS", RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT, BY ADDING THERETO <br />TWO NEW SECTIONS TO BE KNOWN ~$ "SECTION 901.16, CLOSING HOUR5, <br />DRY CLEANING ESTABLISHMENTS" ~JID "SECTION 901.17, CLOSING HOURS, <br />LAUNDRY AND LAUNDROMAT ESTABLISHMENTS", CONTAINING A SAVING <br />CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br /> <br />AS FOLL(t4S: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Chapter IX, Municipal Code of University City, 1950, as <br />comprehensively amended by Ordinance No. 3772, enacted February l, 1960, is <br /> <br />further amended by repealing Article 90]. thereof, relating to certain general <br /> <br />provisions, and enactiDg in lieu thereof a new article to be known as "Article <br /> <br />901, General Provisions," reenacting said provisions, and adding thereto two <br /> <br />new sections to be known as "Section 901.16, closing hours, dry cleaning es- <br />tablishments'' and "Section 901.17, closing hours, laundry and laundromat es- <br /> <br />tablishments," so that said article as so amended shall read as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE 901.
