EOF, AS AHENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 4408, ENACTED MAY 20, 1968, RELATING TO CLOSED STREET INTERSECTIONS; BARRICADES; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEI~ SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 21-174. CLOSED STREET INTER- SECTIONS; BARRICADES" SO AS TO PROVIII FOR A BARRICADE AT HANLEY AND TEASDALE AND AT LINDELL AND BIG BEND, CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE 1T ORD~LINED BY THE COUIIGIL OF IIIE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, }IISSOUKI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 21 of the l~unicipal Coda of the City of University City, relating to motor vehicles and traffic is hereby amended by repealing Section 21-174 thereof, as muended by Ordinance No. 4408, enacted May 20, 1968, relating to closed street intersections; barricades; and enactinE in lieu thereof a new section to be known as 'Sectian 21-174. Closed street intersections; barricades" relating to the same subject, so as to provide for a barricade on the south half of Teas dale at its intersection with llanley; and for the north half of Lindell at its intersection ~rlth Big Bend,: and re-enacting said section so that said section as so amended, shell read as follows: Section 21-174. Closed street intersections; barricades lC shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to operate his ~ehicle through the hereinafter named street intersections.
