A statement of the proposed <br />changes, if any~ in streets or street levels~ any proposed <br />street closings, and any changes which would have to be made <br />to streets adjoining or near the proposed redevelopmen~ project; <br /> <br /> (f) ~ousin_~. A statement of the housing accommo- <br />f~ations available for those persons who will. be displaced by <br />the redevelopment project~ <br /> <br /> (g) Pub__~_i_C__~.__r?~.~-t-~. A statement listing any real <br />?roperty ~n public use and belonging to the City, County, State <br />(i.~r any political subdivision thereof, together with the consent <br />of such authority 'to the acquisiton of suchprope~'~-~.y; <br /> <br /> giving the legal description of the.~eal property owned, or <br /> proposed to be purchased or, if known, to be acq..~,~'~d by <br /> e~minent domain by ~e Corporation. <br /> <br /> (~) Other information. The Plan, and any app~ication <br />to the Co~ission for approval thereof, shall also contain <br />~:uch o~her statements or exhibits as may be deemed relevant <br />~by the Commission or by the corDorat, ion. <br /> <br />!?,ection 7. The Commission ~hall report its reconu~.endations <br />to the Mayor and Council within ni~ety (90) days of the <br />filing of the' Plan. Said time may be extended by the council, <br />~pon request of the Conunis~ion, for an additional sixty (60) <br />?lays. Said recon~endation shall contain a dete3~ni, nation of <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Whether the area proposed to be redeveloped <br />~3~]rsuant to the Plan is a "btig'hted area" as ~efined~ in Section 4 <br />'.~f this Ordinance and redevelopment of the ares under the Urban <br />Redevelopment Corporation Law, and this Ordinance is. necessa.ry <br />or advisable to effectuate %.he public purposes ¢3eclared <br />herein and is in the public interest. <br /> <br />(b)'1 Whether the Plan is in the. public interest. <br /> <br /> (c) ~ether the public facilities, of school, <br />fire, water, sewer, police, transportation, pax:k., playground, <br />public or' private are presently adequate or will be adequate, <br />at the time the redevelopment ~ ~ . <br /> prouect-is completed <br /> <br /> (d) Whether the proposed changes, if any, in zoning <br />ordinances or maps are necessary or desirable-for the redevelopment <br /><~f the area or its protection against blig?rting influences oI both. <br /> <br /> (e) Whether the acquisition of. any part of the <br />'zeal property included in the area to be redeveloped pursuant <br />~o the Plan by eminent domain is for the public convenience <br />and necessity. <br /> <br /> (f) Whether the proposed changes, if any, .in <br />~i~treets and street levels or any proposed street closings <br />~re necessary or desirable for the redevelopment of the <br />~rea or as protection against blighting influences or both. <br /> <br /> (g) Whether the size of the area proposed by the <br />plan will. allow a practical and satisfactory deve!opment~ <br /> <br />Secti©n 8.
