pursuance of the provisions of Crdinance No. 4211; for all issued and out- stand i na bonds of an author i zee' issue of T1;'D HU IDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($275,000.00) of municipal bonds of the City authorized by a vote of the qualified voters of said City at a special election called and held on the 7th day of November, 1967, said election being in pursuance of the provisions of Ordinance No. 4359; for a l l issued and outstanding bonds of an authorized issue of FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($540,000.00) of municipal bonds of the City authorized by a vote of the qualified voters of said City at a special election called and held on the 13th day of June, 1972, said election being in pursuance of the provisions of Ordinance No. 4730; and for all bonds of an authorized issue of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,200,000.00) of municipal bonds of the City authorized by a vote of the qualified voters of said C i ty at .a spec i a I el ect i on -ca I I ed and he I d on the 3rd day of Apr i I , 1979, sa i d election being in pursuance of the provisions of Ordinance No. 5141. There is hereby I ev i ed upon al I real , personal and other property subject to taxation in the City of University City for the fiscal year 1979 -80, a special tax at the rate of TWENTY NINE CENTS (29�) on each ONE HUNDRED. DOLLARS -($100.00) of assessed - valuation —for the purpose of providing a retirement fund for salaried members-of the Police and Fire Departments in - accordance with the provisions of the ordinances of the City relating thereto.
