B) From and after April 20, 1983, initially payable May 6, <br /> 1983, the commissioned Police personnel excluding the Chief, in the pay grades <br /> shown, shall receive compensation for ten years consecutive City service, <br /> excepting military leave of absence, in their present classification in the <br /> following amounts, from and after the eleventh (11th) year: <br /> In Pay Grade Monthly Amount <br /> 12P $ 80 <br /> 16P 94 <br /> 18P 104 <br /> 21P 124 <br /> Section 9.
