i I INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER METCALFE BILL NO. 7596 ORDINANCE NO. 5392 i AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, BY REPEALING SECTION 21-82 THEREOF, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5297, ENACTED E JULY 27, 1981, RELATING TO STOP INTERSECTIONS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 21-82. STOP INTERSECTIONS--VEHICLES TO STOP f AT CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS," BY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO ESTABLISH STOP SIGNS FOR EIGHTY-SECOND BOULEVARD AT CANTON AND FOR CANTON AT LAMB; CONTAINING A SAVING f CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, relating to Motor Vehicles and Traffic is hereby amended by 1 repealing Section 21-82 thereof, as amended by Ordinance No. 5297, enacted July 27, 1981, relating to stop intersections, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as "Section 21-82. Stop intersections--Vehicles to stop at certain intersections," by amending said section so as to establish stop signs for Eighty-Second Boulevard at Canton and for Canton at Lamb relating to the same subject, and re-enacting said section so that said ° i r section, as so amended, shall read as follows: k Section 21-82. Stop intersections--Vehicles to stop at certain intersections. f 3 The following street intersections are hereby designated as "stop intersections" for certain entrances thereto within the meaning of this Chapter.
