LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI. 4 <br /> C <br /> k <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> z <br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The public easement in the hereinafter described right- <br /> of-way and all of the City's right, title and interest therein is hereby <br /> vacated and surrendered, but reserving public utility easements, said property <br /> more specifically decribed as follows: <br /> ^ <br /> 1 <br /> An irregular shaped parcel of land in the Harrison Avenue <br /> right-of-way, in Hawthorne Terrace Subdivision. Beginning <br /> at a point on the North line of Canton Avenue (50 feet <br /> wide) at its intersection with the West line of Harrison <br /> Avenue (90 feet wide) , being also the East line of Lot 11 <br /> in Block 2 of Hawthorne Terrace Subdivision; thence north- <br /> wardly along the said East line of Lot 11 in Block 2 of <br /> Hawthorne Terrace Subdivision to its intersection with the <br /> South line of Hawthorne Place (50 feet wide); thence east- <br /> wardly along the prolongation of the said South line of <br /> Hawthorne Place to a point 50 feet West of the East line <br /> of Harrison Avenue; thence southwardly along a line 50 <br /> feet West of and parallel to the said East line of <br /> Harrison Avenue to its intersection with the North line of <br /> Canton Avenue; thence westwardly along the said North line <br /> of Canton Avenue to the point of beginning. <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have this Ordinance <br /> recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the County of St. Louis, <br /> County, Missouri. <br /> Section 3.
