i <br /> of municipal bonds of the City authorized by a vote of the qualified voters of <br /> said City at a special election called and held on the 7th day of November, 1967, <br /> said election being in pursuance of the provisions of Ordinance No. 4359; for all <br /> issued and outstanding bonds of an authorized issue of FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY <br /> x <br /> THOUSAND DOLLARS ($540,000.00) of municipal bonds of the City authorized by a <br /> vote of the qualified voters of said City at a special election called and held <br /> on the 13th day of June, 1972, said election being in pursuance of the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 4730; and for all bonds of an authorized issue of ONE MILLION <br /> TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,200,000.00) of municipal bonds of the City <br /> i <br /> authorized by a vote of the qualified voters of said City at a special election <br /> called and held on the 3rd day of April, 1979, said election being in pursuance <br /> of the provisions of Ordinance No. 5141. <br /> Section 4. There is hereby levied upon all real, personal and other <br /> property subject to taxation in the City of University City for the fiscal year <br /> 1984-85, a special tax at the rate of THIRTY-FOUR CENTS ($.34) on each ONE <br /> { <br /> HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of assessed valuation for the purpose of providing a <br /> retirement fund for salaried members of the Police and Fire Departments in <br /> accordance with the provisions of the ordinances of the City relating thereto. <br /> Section 5.
