For a bachelor degree (requiring approximately 128 approved semester <br /> credit hours): <br /> In Pay Grade Step B Step C Step D Step E Step F <br /> 11A Firefighters $111 $116 $122 $132 $134 <br /> 16A Fire Captains $139 $146 $151 $161 $161 <br /> Section 6. From and after June 27, 1984 initially payable July 13, 1984, <br /> employees in the classifications of Fire Captain and Firefighter, who receive and <br /> maintain through the State of Missouri an Emergency Medical Technician License <br /> and serve on ambulance calls while on duty, shall receive the following compen- <br /> sation for an EMT license or an MF.MT license: <br /> In Pay Grade EMT Monthly Amount ME14T Monthly Amount <br /> 11A Firefighters $33 $71 <br /> 16A Fire Captains $41 $84 <br /> Section 7. From and after June 27, 1984, initially payable July 13, 1984, <br /> employees, in the classification of Firefighter, who work in the position of <br /> Captain, shall be paid, in addition to any other compensation due that employee, <br /> Fifteen Dollars (-$15) per shift. <br /> Section 8. From and after June 27, 1984 initially payable July 13, 1984, <br /> employees , in the classification of Fire Captain, who are designated to work and <br /> do work in the position of Battalion Chief, shall be paid, in addition to any <br /> other compensation due that employee, Twenty Dollars (-$20) per shift. <br /> Section 9. From and after June 27, 1984, all full-time employees shall <br /> have their hourly rate computed as follows: <br /> The hourly rate for full-time Fire Captains and Firefighters who <br /> according to Section 2 have an average work week of 56 hours, <br /> shall have their hourly rate computed multiplying the monthly <br /> rate by 12, dividing that product by 2,912. <br /> Section 10. Ordinance No. 5417, and all ordinances in conflict herewith <br /> are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 11.
