EXHIBIT B <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PAREVIEW GARDENS <br /> REHABILITATION AREA <br /> September 19, 1984 <br />A. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT. <br /> <br /> University City Redevelopment Corporation (he~einafter "UCRC") <br /> <br />proposes to act as an umbrella Urban Redevelopment Corporation for the <br />purpose of implementing the Parkview Gardens Rehabilitation Standards <br />in an area of University City generally bounded by Olive Boulevard on <br />the north, the city limits on the east, Washington Avenue on the south <br />and Kingsland Avenue on the west (hereinafter the "Project Area").
