Section 5. The Director of Finance when delivering the said tax <br /> bills in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE. HUNDRED—FORTY FIVE and 02/100 <br /> DOLLARS ($8,545.02) to Rhoades Asphalt Paving. Co. Inc. , shall require it to <br /> reimburse the City. of University City, in cash, the amount of FIVE THOUSAND <br /> ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN. and 53/100 ($5,116.53) , which was advanced by the City out <br /> of its General Revenue, Fund .f.or_the cost to the City for engineering and other <br /> City expenses in connection with the work which amount has been added to the <br /> contract price and which also becomes a part of the "Whole Cost." The City's <br /> portion of the "Whole Cost" which is..THIRTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINE and <br /> 26/100 DOLLARS .(.$39.,209..26) shall be paid_out of available City funds, to <br /> Rhoades Asphalt Paving Co. Inca <br /> Section 6.
