353, R.S. Mo. 1978, as amended, or the ordinance of which this contract is a <br /> part, shall be declared invalid, in whole or in part, then and in any such event, <br /> the Developer, its successors or assigns may cancel or terminate this contract by <br /> giving written notice of its intention to do so, within a sixty (60) day period <br /> thereafter. <br /> 21.
