C) From and after December 25, 1985, initially payable January 10, 1986, the commissioned Police personnel excluding the Chief, in the pay grades shown, shall receive compensation for fifteen ears consecutive City service excepting military leave of absence, in the present classification in the following amounts, from and after the sixteenth (16th) year: In Pay Grade Monthly Amount 12P. $105 Section 6. From and after December 25, 19853, initially payable January 10, 1986, employees in the classification of Battalion Chief, who receive and maintain' .through the State of Missouri an Emergency Medical Technician License and serve on ambulance calls while on duty, shall receive the following compensation for an EMT license or an MEMT license: Pay Grade EMT Monthly Amount MEMT Monthly Amount 18F $47 $91 Section 7. From and after April 20, 1983, all full-time employees shall have their hourly rate computed as follows: 1. The hourly rate for all full-time employees who, according to Section 4, have a set or average work week of 40 hours, shall have their hourly rate computed by multi- plying the monthly rate by 12, dividing that product by 2,080. 2. The hourly rate for full-time uniformed Battalion Chiefs of the Fire Department according to Section 4 have an average work week of. 56 hours, shall have their hourly rate computed multiplying the monthly rate by 12,, dividing that product by 2,912. Section 8. Ordinance No. 5507, and all ordinances in conflict here- k with are hereby repealed. Section 9. This ordinance contains an emergency clause due to pay periods; it shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, as provided by law.
