C) From and after December 25, 1985, initially payable <br /> January 10, 1986, the commissioned Police personnel excluding the Chief, in <br /> the pay grades shown, shall receive compensation for fifteen ears consecutive <br /> City service excepting military leave of absence, in the present classification <br /> in the following amounts, from and after the sixteenth (16th) year: <br /> In Pay Grade Monthly Amount <br /> 12P. $105 <br /> Section 6. From and after December 25, 19853, initially payable <br /> January 10, 1986, employees in the classification of Battalion Chief, who <br /> receive and maintain' .through the State of Missouri an Emergency Medical <br /> Technician License and serve on ambulance calls while on duty, shall receive <br /> the following compensation for an EMT license or an MEMT license: <br /> Pay Grade EMT Monthly Amount MEMT Monthly Amount <br /> 18F $47 $91 <br /> Section 7. From and after April 20, 1983, all full-time employees <br /> shall have their hourly rate computed as follows: <br /> 1. The hourly rate for all full-time employees who, <br /> according to Section 4, have a set or average work week of <br /> 40 hours, shall have their hourly rate computed by multi- <br /> plying the monthly rate by 12, dividing that product by <br /> 2,080. <br /> 2. The hourly rate for full-time uniformed Battalion <br /> Chiefs of the Fire Department according to Section 4 have <br /> an average work week of. 56 hours, shall have their hourly <br /> rate computed multiplying the monthly rate by 12,, dividing <br /> that product by 2,912. <br /> Section 8. Ordinance No. 5507, and all ordinances in conflict here- k <br /> with are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 9.
