J <br /> a t 1 <br /> INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER SCHOOMER <br /> BILL NO. 7718 ORDINANCE NO. 5514 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> ' OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, AS COMPREHENSIVELY <br /> AMENDED OCTOBER 19, 1970, BY ORDINANCE NO. 4591, BY <br /> CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN- <br /> AFTER DESCRIBED "SR" SINGLE—FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO "PR-0" <br /> PLANNED RESIDENTIAL—OFFICE AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 34-9 <br /> OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, BEING THE UNIVERSITY CITY ZONING <br /> CODE. <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of University <br /> City [University City Zoning Code] divides the -City into several zoning <br /> districts, and regulates the character of buildings which may be erected in <br /> each of said districts, and the uses to which the buildings and premises <br /> located therein may be put; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission, after a hearing, reviewed the <br /> classification of the property herein described and recommended the rezoning <br /> of said property to "PR-0"; and <br /> WHEREAS, due notice of a public hearing to be held by the City <br /> Council in the Council Chamber at City Hall, at 7:30 P.M. on th 25th day of <br /> November, 1985, was duly published in the St. Louis Countian, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation within said City; and <br /> WHEREAS, said public hearing was duly held and the matter of the <br /> zoning change was thoroughly discussed at said meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of Univer- <br /> sity City, as comprehensively amended October 19, 1970, by Ordinance No. 4591 <br /> be and the same is hereby amended by changing the classification from "SR" <br /> Single Family-Residential to "PR-0" Planned Residential-Office of the follow- <br /> ing described property to wit: <br /> The East 1/2 of Lot 8 of BOSCHERT'S ADDITION TO CLAYTON, <br /> according to Plat Book 9, Page 37; further described and <br /> numbered as 8632 West Kingsbury. <br /> The West 1/2 of Lot 9 of BOSCHERT'S ADDITION TO CLAYTON, <br /> according- to Plat Book 9 , Page 37; further described and <br /> numbered as 8628 West Kingsbury. <br /> The East 1/2 of 'Lot 16 of BOSCHERT'S ADDITION TO CLAYTON, <br /> according to Plat Book 9, Page 37. <br />
