University Drive: On the north side thereof from Hanley Road to Jackson Avenue between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 11:30 A.M. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sun- day and holidays. On the south side thereof for a distance of 235 feet eastward, more or less, from the east line of Hanley Road, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. , except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Vernon Avenue: On the north side thereof from a point 500 feet west of Ferguson to 66th Street, between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. on every day of the week except Sunday and holidays. Washington Avenue: On the north side thereof on Wednes- day only and on the south side thereof on Monday only, from Trinity Avenue to Melville Avenue, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon. Westgate Avenue: On the east side thereof on Wednesday only and on the west side thereof on Monday only, from Delmar Boulevard to Olive Boulevard, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon. Westmoreland Drive: On both sides from Big Bend Boule- vard to Williams Avenue between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. West Point Court: On both sides thereof from University Drive to Pershing Avenue between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 21-133, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to c the penalty provided in Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City.
