<br /> fence, "The BOCA Basic Nation-
<br /> WHEREAS, it is desired to adop t by reference,
<br /> by the Building Officials
<br /> al Plumbing Code, Sixth Edition, 1984 published with certain modifications herein-
<br /> and Code Administrators International, Inc. ,
<br /> after set forth.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF UNIVERSITY CITY,
<br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: of University
<br /> Section 1. Chapter 6 of the Municipal repealinghSection 6-30 and 6-
<br /> City, relating o buildings is hereby amended OrdinancepNo. 5301, enacted September
<br /> 30.1 in Article III thereof, as amended by
<br /> relating to the Plumbing Code, and enacting in lieu thereof a new
<br /> 21, 1981, Code" , so as to adopt the BOCA
<br /> Article to be known as
<br /> 1984, relating to the same subject,
<br /> '"Article III Plumbing shall read as
<br /> Basic National Plumbing Code, Sixth Edition,
<br /> and re-enacting said Article so that said Article as so amended,
<br /> follows:
<br /> ARTICLE III PLUMBING CODE
<br /> Adoption: The BOCA Basic National Plumbing Code, Sixth
<br /> Section 6-30 Aa _ published by the Building Officials and Code
<br /> E ition, 198 Inc. . three copies of which are on file
<br /> Administrators International, of which is attached here-
<br /> in the office of the City Clerk and a copy o University
<br /> to, be and is adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City f f and sewer
<br /> City, Missouri; hereby for the control of plumbing,
<br /> ed; _and each and all of the regulations,
<br /> installations as herein provid
<br /> conditions, and terms of the BOCA Basic
<br /> penalties,
<br /> provisions, 1984, are hereby referred to,
<br /> National Plumbing Code, Sixth Edition,
<br /> art hereof, as if fully set out in this Ordinance,
<br /> adopted and made a p deletions and changes prescribed in
<br /> with the additions, insertions,
<br /> Section 6-30.1 of this Article.

<br /> the Plumbing Code of the City of University City,
<br /> hereinafter referred to as "this codex' The

<br /> terms: "name of jurisdiction" or "local jurisdiction
<br /> wherever employed herein shall be construed to mean the
<br /> City of University City, Missouri.
