INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER SCHOOMER <br /> BILL NO. 7754 ORDINANCE NO. 5550 <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO CITY <br /> OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES AS ENUMERATED HEREIN FROM AND AFTER <br /> JUNE 25, 1986, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5520, AND CONTAINING <br /> AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1.
