INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER LEVY <br /> 9 <br /> BILL NO. 7760 ORDINANCE NO. 5557 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, AS COMPREHENSIVELY <br /> AMENDED OCTOBER 19, 1970, BY ORDINANCE NO. 4591, BY <br /> CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES <br /> HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED "SR" SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO <br /> "PR-0" PLANNED RESIDENTIAL-OFFICE AS SET FORTH IN <br /> SECTION 34-9 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, BEING THE UNIVERSITY <br /> CITY ZONING CODE. <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of University <br /> City [University City Zoning Code] divides the City into several zoning <br /> districts, and regulates the character of buildings which may be erected in <br /> each of said districts, and the uses to which the buildings and premises <br /> g <br /> located therein may be put; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission, after a hearing, reviewed the <br /> { <br /> classification of the properties herein described and recommended the rezoning <br /> of said properties to "PR-0"; and <br /> WHEREAS, due notice of a public hearing to be held by the City <br /> Council in the Council Chamber at City Hall, at 7:30 P.M. on th 7th day of <br /> July, 1986, was duly published in the St. Louis Countian, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation within said City; and <br /> WHEREAS, said public hearing was duly held and the matter of the <br /> zoning change was thoroughly discussed at said meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> r <br /> s <br /> Section 1. Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of Univer- <br /> sity City, as comprehensively amended October 19, 1970, by Ordinance No. 4591 <br /> be and the same is hereby amended by changing the classification from "SR" t <br /> Single Family-Residential to "PR-0" Planned Residential-Office of the follow- <br /> ing described properties to wit: <br /> E <br /> The West 50 feet of Lot 8 of BOSCHERT'S ADDITION TO CLAYTON, <br /> as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37 of the <br /> St. Louis County Records; further described and numbered as <br /> 8636 West Kingsbury. <br /> The East 50 feet of Lot 18 of BOSCHERT'S ADDITION TO CLAYTON, <br /> according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37 of <br /> the St. Louis County Records; further described and numbered <br /> as 8641 West Kingsbury. <br /> Lot 23 of BARBY LANE, according to the plat thereof recorded <br /> in Plat Book 61, Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records; <br /> further described and numbered as 8634 Barby Lane. <br /> Y <br /> 3 <br />
