<br /> THE OLIVE-SKINKER BUSINESS PARK, PLAT 1, IN THE CITY OF
<br /> UNIVERSITY CITY,. MISSOURI; CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMM -OF, ''THE,ChTY , OF UNIVERSITY CITY,
<br /> MISSOURI, AS'FOLLOWS:
<br /> Section 1. The plat of , the, resubdivision . of parts of the Delmar
<br /> Avenue Addition. of North Parkview and Allmeroth Subdivision in St. Louis
<br /> County, Missouri; being the Olive-Skinker Business Park, Plat 1, in the City
<br /> of University City, Missouri, duly signed and acknowledged by Mary F. Fahey,
<br /> Executive Director, and Jack Goldman, Vice Chairman of the Land Clearance for
<br /> Redevelopment Authority of University City, Missouri, the record owner
<br /> thereof, is hereby approved and authorized to be filed in the office of the
<br /> Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri.

<br /> Beginning at the point of intersection of the South line
<br /> of Olive Street Road with the centerline of 63rd Street
<br /> (40 feet wide-now vacated) as shown on the aforementioned
<br /> plat of Delmar Avenue Addition; thence along said center-
<br /> line South 01° 11' 45" West, 251.55 feet to a point on the
<br /> North line of Block 11 of aforementioned North Parkview;
