<br /> AMENDED,, BYA�LETING THEREFORM SECTION C(1) THEREOF AND
<br /> SUBSTITUTING A NEW SECTION C(1) THEREFOR AND DIRECTING
<br /> THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE
<br /> RECORDER OF- DEEDS OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI.
<br /> WHEREAS, the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of Univer-
<br /> sity City, Missouri, a Land Clearance Authority operated and existing pursuant E
<br /> to Sections 99.300 and following the Missouri Revised Statutes of 1978,
<br /> "The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Law", hereinafter called
<br /> "LCRA", adopted a certain Urban Renewal Plan, herein after called "The Plan",
<br /> for the Cunningham Industrial Park Urban Renewal Project on December 3, 1964;
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, said plan was approved by the City Council of the City of
<br /> University City, Missouri, a municipal corporation, Home Rule City, operating
<br /> pursuant to the Constitution and Laws of Missouri and its municipal Charter on
<br /> November 23, 1964; and
<br /> WHEREAS, said plan as adopted and approved was recorded on June 23,
<br /> 1967, Book 5600, Page 449, of the Recorder of Deeds Office for St. Louis
<br /> F
<br /> County, State of Missouri; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the LCRA adopted amendments to said plan on December 8,
<br /> 1966, and said amendments were approved by the City Council of University City
<br /> l
<br /> on December 12, 1966, and recorded on June 23, 1967, Book 5600, Page 449, of
<br /> the Recorder of Deeds Office for St. Louis County, State of Missouri; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the 4CRA adopted further amendments to said plan on
<br /> September 3, 1980, and said amendments were approved by the City Council of
<br /> University City on November 17, 1980, and recorded on April 21, 1981, Book
<br /> 7325, Page 1419, of the Recorder of Deeds Office for St. Louis County, State
<br /> t
<br /> of Missouri; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the LCRA has approved a further amendment to The Plan by
<br /> resolution adopted on March 9, 1982, and said amendment was approved by the
<br /> City Council of University City on April 12, 1982, and recorded on May 11,
<br /> 1982, Book 7402, Page 1059 of the Recorder of Deeds Office, for St. Louis
<br /> F
<br /> County, State of Missouri; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the LCRA has approved a further amendment to The Plan- by
<br /> resolution adopted on August 13, 1986, and October 21, 1986. E;
