EXHIBIT C <br /> I <br /> I <br /> AGREEMENT E <br /> r <br /> i <br /> r <br /> P <br /> f <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , <br /> I <br /> 1986, among the CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI (hereinafter referred to <br /> i <br /> as the "City") the LAND CLEARANCE FOR REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF UNIVERSITY <br /> CITY, MISSOURI (hereafter the "Authority") and the UNIVERSITY CITY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred <br /> to as "UCRC") , <br /> WITNESSETH THAT: <br /> 4t <br /> WHEREAS, UCRC has heretofore prepared a Modified Development Plan for <br /> the Parkview Gardens Rehabilitation Area (hereinafter the "Modified Plan") <br /> and said Modified Plan has been reviewed and approved, as amended, by the <br /> City Plan Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City has enacted Ordinance <br /> approving the Modified Plan and declaring that the clearance, redevelopment, <br /> replanning, rehabilitation and recorâ–ºstruction of the Project Area described <br /> therein is necessary for the public convenience, and that the approval of <br /> the Modified Plan, and the execution and carrying out of the Modified Plan <br /> is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety, <br /> morals and welfare; and <br /> WHEREAS, the aforesaid ordinance requires the undertaking and j <br /> r <br /> performance on the part of UCRC and the City of various duties and <br /> procedures; and <br /> i <br />
