<br /> In all areas.. of special. flood hazards where base flood
<br /> elevation data. have_been provided as set forth:
<br /> (1) Residential_ Construct-ion . . New construction or sub-

<br /> Sec...12A-1.4. -.Same.--Standards_for subdivision proposals.

<br /> the need-to minimize flood damage.

<br /> (4) Base . flood.-elevation. data shall be provided for
<br /> subdivision .prop.osals. and..other.._proposed development which
<br /> is greater..tham.the. lesser of;fifty lots or five acres.
<br /> Nonconforming uses
