From and after July 1, 1985, all full—time non—executive, <br /> non—administrative or non—professional employees shall be subject to the work <br /> week or work cycle and regulations relating to overtime work except as noted. A <br /> listing of executive, administrative, and professionally designated employees or <br /> positions shall be issued by the City Manager. <br /> The work cycle of uniformed Fire personnel below the rank of <br /> Battalion Chief shall be 27 days or 216 hours per cycle. <br /> Hours worked in excess of these totals, when authorized in <br /> advance by the Fire Chief, are customarily paid at the rate <br /> of time and one—half of base pay. Compensatory time may be <br /> granted by the Fire Chief with accumulation not to exceed <br /> 480 hours. Hours worked, including vacation hours, between <br /> 204 and 216 hours, in any one cycle shall be compensated <br /> for, in addition to their regular rate, at one—half (1/2) of <br /> that employee's regular hourly rate. <br /> t#g <br /> pF <br />
