State Inventory of Historic Places, established as a <br />Historic Landmark by local ordinance or located in a <br />Historic District established by local ordinance. <br /> <br />Sec. 12A-16. Penalties for violation. <br /> <br />Any person, firm or corporatio9 violating any of the <br />provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, <br />be subject to the penalty provided in section 1-8 of this <br />code. <br /> <br />Nothing herein contained shall prevent the city or other <br />appropriate authority from taking such other lawful action <br />as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation. <br /> <br />Section 2.
