<br /> OF BENLOU AVENUE, A PUBLIC STREET IN THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY
<br /> CITY, MISSOURI, EXTENDING FROM GANNON AVENUE TO STANFORD
<br /> AVENUE, DESIGNATED AS- PROJECT NO.. 788, AND PAYING THEREFOR
<br /> PARTIALLY BY LEVYING A .SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OR TAX AGAINST THE
<br /> ABUTTING PROPERTY IN THE _NAME OR NAMES OF THE OWNER OR
<br /> OWNERS THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL TAX
<br /> BILLS THEREFOR, AND PARTIALLY IN CASH BY THE CITY OF
<br /> UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, OUT OF AVAILABLE CITY FUNDS, ALL
<br /> IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROPERLY ADVERTISED RESOLUTION

<br /> CONTRACT. ENTERED INTO PURSUANT THERETO AND THE COUNCIL FOUND
<br /> . .AND DECLARED IT NECESSARY-.THAT THE IMPROVEMENT BE MADE.
