O <br /> <br />Site <br /> <br />TABLE I <br /> <br />la Nultifamily Residential <br />2 General Commercial <br />3a Planned Development <br />3b Planned Development <br />3c Planned Development <br />3d Planned Development <br />4 Warehousing-Light Manufacturing <br />4a Warehousing-Light Manufacturing' <br />P-1 Public Park <br />P-2 Public Pedestrian Areas <br />P-3 Traffic Separators and Greenways <br />P-4 Public Park <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Site la Multifamily Residential: Regulations And Controls. <br />The development, alteration and repair of all multifamily <br />residential sites shall conform to the following standards: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Density: For etructurally altered or repaired <br />building, 1,000 to 1,450 square feet of lot area per <br />dwelling unit. For newly constructed buildings 800 to <br />1,200 square feet of lot area per dwelling unit. <br /> <br />(2) Maximum Building Coverage: For newly constructed <br /> buildings 50 percent of lot area. <br /> <br />(3) Height: Buildings shall not exceed 40 feet in height. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Off-street parking: For existing buildings 3/4 space <br />for each dwelling unit, subject to mbdification as <br />provided in Exhibit C hereof. <br /> <br />Site 2 General Commercial: Re~ulations And Controls. The <br />development, alteration or repair of all general commercial <br />sites shall conform to the following standards: <br /> <br />(1) Maximum Building Coverage: 75 percent of lot area <br /> .including off-street loading areas. <br /> <br />(2) .Off-street parking: One parking space for each 200 <br /> square feet of gross floor area within the structure. <br /> <br />(3) Off-street loading: One berth for each 5,000 to <br /> 10,000 square feet of floor area. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Transient housing: There shall be no transient <br />housing or lodging rooms on sites acquired by the Land <br />Clearance Authority. <br /> <br /> <br />
