O <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />Off-street parking: For existing residential <br />buildings, 3/4 parking space for each dwelling <br />unit subject to modifications as provided in <br />Exhibit C hereof. For commercial uses, one <br />parking space for each 150 square feet of <br />commercial floor area. For public parking, the <br />City shall purchase land at fair value and <br />develop not less than 350 public off-street <br />parking spaces. <br /> <br />Other Regulations and Controls. <br /> <br />For all structures remaining in, or contiguous to <br />sites 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d developers or owners <br />shall conform to all Property Rehabilitation <br />Standards and the following regulations: All <br />first floors of structures on sites 3a, 3b, and <br />3c shall be utilized for retail or service <br />commercial activities and all structures on sites <br />3a, 3b, 3c and 3d shall conform to design <br />specifications developed by the Land Clearance <br />Authority in order that they shall be integrated <br />into the overall redevelopment pattern of the <br />adjacent areas. <br /> <br />Warehousing-Light Manufacturing.
