A locked door or ga~e shall be preyideA for s,:'h enclosure <br />openable on the inside without a key. Storage or living quarters shall not be <br />permitted in any boiler or similar heating equipment enclosure. <br /> <br />Exception: Heating boilers located in buildings of Use Group R-3 <br />and Use Group R-2 containing six dwelling units or less. <br /> <br />ELEVATOR, DUMBWAITER AND CONVEYeR EQUIPMENT <br />INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />SECTION 2602.0 TESTS AND INSPECTIONS <br /> <br />2602.3,1 Periodic Tests: Periodic tests shall be made by an approved agency <br />or by an inspector employed by an accredited insurance company which is the <br />primary insurer of the equipment to be tested, and shall be made at the <br />expense and responsibility of the owner. The approved agency or insurance <br />company shall submit a detailed report of the tests to the code official on <br />approved fnrms within 30 days following the completion of ~he tests. <br /> <br /> <br />
