<br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the northerly line of 0live
<br />Boulevard (90 feet wide Z) vi=h the westerly line of Ridland Boulevard
<br />(80 feet wide); thence northerly, along the westerly line of Midland Boulevard,
<br />139 feet (more or less) to its intersection with the westerly prolongation
