On the Maturity Date, the City shall pay Net Proceeds then <br />on deposit in the Account to the Holder to the extent necessary <br />to repay any accrued and unpaid interest or principal hereon, <br />whereupon, whether or not paid in full, this Note shall expire <br />and the City shall have no further responsibility, liability, or <br />obligation hereunder. <br /> <br /> This Note may be prepaid at any time in whole or in part <br />without penalty. <br /> <br /> This Note is the single obligation authorized by Ordinance <br />No. 5_l~.of the City, adopted by authority of SS 99,800 to <br />99,865, R.S.
