WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Proposal is found to be in full <br />compliance with Chapter 99.300 et. sea. and Chapter 353 R.S.Mo. <br />(1986), as amended, and is in the public interest and serves the <br />public purpose. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City Council for the City of University City <br />hereby finds and determines that the Redevelopment Proposal for <br />the Property is in compliance with the provisions of Chapter <br />99.300 et. seq. and Chapter 353 R.S.Mo. (1986), as amended, and <br />said redevelopment is necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety, morals and general welfare of the people of the <br />City of University of City. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The partial tax relief pertaining to the <br />Property, as approved and recommended by the LCRA on December 29, <br />1992, is hereby granted to 6665 Urban Redevelopment Corporation, <br />and its successors-in-title, pursuant to the provisions of <br />Chapter 353 R.S.MO. (1986) upon the transfer of said Property <br />from the LCRA, to 6665 Urban Redevelopment Corporation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The provisions of Section 2 hereof are expressly <br />conditioned upon the Property being used, operated and maintained <br />in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan now in force and effect <br />with respect to the Property and in accordance with the Parcel <br />Development Agreement imposed upon the Property by the LCRA <br />including but not limited to any covenants with respect to <br /> <br />STL-158~89 <br /> - 4 - <br /> <br /> <br />
