(3) The policy number; <br /> <br />(4) The effective dates of the policy, <br /> including month, day and year; <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />A description of the insured motor <br />vehicle, including year and make or at <br />least five digits of the vehicle identi- <br />fication number or the word "Fleet'' if <br />the insurance policy covers five or more <br />motor vehicles; <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />The statement "THIS CARD MUST BE CARRIED <br />IN THE INSURED MOTOR VEHICLE FOR PRODUC- <br />TION UPON DEMAND" prominently displayed <br />on the card. <br /> <br />3. For each motor vehicle insured by a self- <br />insurer pursuant to Chapter 303 RSMo., the insur- <br />ance identification card shall include all of the <br />following information: <br /> <br />(1) Name and address of the self-insurer: <br /> <br />(2) The word "self-insured"; <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />The statement "THIS CARD MUST BE CARRIED <br />IN THE SELF-INSURED MOTOR VEHICLE FOR <br />PRODUCTION UPON DEMAND" prominently dis- <br />played on the card. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as <br />to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty <br />heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 23 nor bar <br />the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating <br />any of the provisions of this ordinance shall~ upon <br />conviction thereof, be subject to ~ihe penalty provided in <br />Chapter i, Section i-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />University City. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
