SILL NO. INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER ADAMS 8143 ORDINANCE NO. 5931 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 54 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY RELATING TO ZONING, BY REPEALING SECTION 54-e0 THEREOF, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5e03, ENACTED JUNE 21, lee3, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS, AND ENACTING THEREIN A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 34-e0 DEFINITIONS" BY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO DELETE THE TRIAL PERIOD; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, Missouri, as amended June 21, 1995, by Ordinance No. 5917, is hereby amended by repealing Section 34-90 thereof, relating to definitions, and enacting in lieu thereof a new Section 34-90, Definitions, so as to delete the trial period so that said section as so amended~shall read as follows: ARTICLE VII - DEFINITIONS Section 54-90 Accessory use (Structure) See Section 54-52.2 Alley - of.
