Section 3. From and after October 20, 1995, initial'ly p~yable November <br />5, 1993, the City employees in the unclassified service of the City, except <br />as otherwise noted, shall receive as full compensation for their services the <br />amounts hereinafter set forth, or where a grade in salary is specified, such <br />amounts as may be fixed by the City Manager within the specified grade.
