passage of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 5. In no event shall the partial tax relief <br />conferred herein exceed 10 years from the date of the first year <br />of such tax relief with respect to the Property. <br /> <br /> Section 6. A certain redevelopment agreement by and between <br />the City of University City and Anchor Temple Redevelopment <br />Corporation, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein <br />by reference (the "Redevelopment Agreement") having been duly <br />reviewed and considered is hereby approved and the City Manager <br />is authorized and directed to execute the Redevelopment Agreement <br />on behalf of the City. The City Manager is further authorized to <br />make such ministerial alterations, changes or additions in the <br />Redevelopment Agreement as the City Manager may deem necessary to <br />carry out the intent of this ordinance. In the event of any <br />conflicts or differences between the provisions of the <br />Development Plan and the Redevelopment Agreement, the terms of <br />the Redevelopment Agreement shall govern and the Development Plan <br />shall be deemed to be amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> Section 7. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />any and all documents necessary to secure the partial tax relief <br />granted herein or to implement this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 8. The sections of this Ordinance shall be <br />severable. In the event that any section of this Ordinance is <br />found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or <br />unconstitutional, the remaining sections of this Ordinance shall <br />remain valid, unless the court finds that the valid sections of <br /> <br /> <br />
