ORDINANCE NO. 5951 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, RELATING TO ZONING, BY REPEALING SECTION 34-32.2 THEREOF AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 5100, ENACTED AUGUST 28, 1978, ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTIGN TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 34-32.2. PERMITTED USES," BY ADDING GROUP HOMES~ CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. WHEREAS, Chapter 34 o~ the Municioal Code o~ the City o~ Universit~ City (University City Zoning Code') divides the City into several zoning districts and regulates the uses to which the oremises located therein may be put; and WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission~ a~ter a hearing held on December 22~ 1993, at 7:30 p.m. reviewed said section~ aod ~HEREA.c.;~ due notice o4: a public hearing to be held by the City Council in the City Council Chambers at City Hall at 7::_'-:0 p.m. February 7, 1~>'~4, was duly published in the Watchman-Advocate, a newspaper o'F general circulation within said Cit~ on daouary WHEREAS~ said public hearing was duly held, and all suggestions concerning said change in said Section were duly heard and considered by the Council.
