2904.6.5 The permit may be revoked by the Code Official if it is determined <br />that work under the permit is not being properly performed or that the applicant <br />did not comply, or no longer complies, with this Section. Upon such revocation <br />the property owner may be required by the Code Official to proceed immediately <br />to procure a licensed plumber to correct or complete the work. <br /> <br />2904.6.6 This Section does not authorize a waiver or modification of any <br />provision of this code or the plumbing code relating to the materials, design, <br />installation or practice of plumbing, drainage or sewers, or to the preparation and <br />approval of plans, or to required fees for permits, inspections or reinspections. <br /> <br />2904.7 Licenses: No person shall perform any plumbing or drainlaying work unless <br />currently licensed to perform such work as provided by local ordinance. <br /> <br />Exceptions: <br />1.Work, repairs or installations that are specifically exempt from permit <br />requirements. <br />2.Work performed under a homeowner's permit. <br />3.Installation or replacement of domestic water heaters. <br />4.The installation, maintenance, extension or repair of processed drain systems, <br />or piping, drains, drainage systems, or facilities for mechanical manufacturing, <br />industrial processing refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, sprinkler or <br />sprinkling system purposes, or pans, materials, devices or appurtenances in <br />connection therewith or for the utilization or operation thereof, provided, <br />however, final connection of any such system or line to a drainage line containing <br />any form of human waste shall be done by a licensed person as stated herein. <br /> <br />( CHAPTER 31 SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION ) <br /> (SECTION 3102.0 SIGNS) <br /> <br />3102.4.1 New signs: A new sign shall not hereafter be erected, constructed, <br />altered or painted except as herein provided, and not until after a permit has been <br />issued by the Code Official with the approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />3102.4.3 General: A permit shall not be required for signs which are exempt <br />from the provisions of the Zoning code. <br /> <br />3102.4.3.1 through 3102.4.3.5 are hereby deleted in their entirety. <br /> <br />(SECTION 3107.0 FLOOD-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION) <br /> <br />3107.12.4 Certified Elevations: Any building to be constructed in a flood plain <br />area other than alterations or additions to existing residences shall have the low <br />sill elevation certified by a Registered Engineer or Land Surveyor, licensed in the <br />State of Missouri, before approval of the required foundation inspection can be <br />given. <br /> <br />-21.5- <br /> <br /> <br />
