INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER ADAMS <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8184 ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />5969 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL <br />BOND ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, ON TUESDAY, APRIL 5, 1994. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That it is hereby found and declared that the votes at the special bond election held <br />in the City of University City, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 5, 1994, resulted as follows: <br /> <br />[See Exhibit A attached hereto.] <br /> <br /> Section 2. That it is hereby found and declared that more than four-sevenths of the qualified <br />voters of the City voting on each of said propositions at said election voted in favor of issuing general <br />obligation bonds of the City for the purpose described therein, and that the governing body of the City <br />is therefore vested with full power and authority to proceed with the issuance of said bonds. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
