5. The average work week of Battalion Chiefs shall be 56 hours. They shall <br />not be compensated for any hours in excess of 56 hours. <br /> <br /> Section 5. From and after April 20, 1983, all full-time employees shall <br />have their hourly rate computed as follows: <br /> <br />1.
