Roberrs Avenue: North side thereof from Pennsylvania Avenue to Ferguson Avenue. Roth Avenue: The east curb thereof immediately adjacent to 1056 and 1060 Roth Avenue. Sadlet Avenue: East side thereof from Bartmer Avenue to Etzel Avenue. Trinity Avenue: West side thereof from Kingsbury Boulevard to Washington Avenue. Vassar Avenue: West side thereof from Cornell Avenue to Delmar Boulevard. Vernon Avenue: Both sides thereof from Eastgate Avenue to a point 262 feet east of the center line of Kingsland Avenue. North side thereof from Ferguson Avenue to Midland Boulevard. North side thereof from Pennsylvania Avenue to a point 500 feet west of Ferguson Avenue, and from 66th Street to the eastern City limits. South side thereof from Westgate Avenue to the eastern City limits. West Canterbury Drive: North side of triangular park located between West Canterbury Drive and Goeffry Lane. East side thereof for a distance of 30 feet from the north side of triangular park located between West Canterbury Drive and Goeffry Lane. Westqate Avenue: West side thereof from Olive Boulevard to North Drive. Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 21-132, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City.
