Existing Dwelling Units. <br /> <br /> There are 45 residential apartment units located on the <br />second, third and fourth floors of the Building. All of these <br />apartments are vacant and will be renovated as part of the second <br />phase of the Proposal. <br /> <br /> H. Relocation. <br /> <br /> There are no families presently living within the Site, <br />therefore, no residential relocation will be necessary to <br />implement this Proposal. As of this date it is anticipated that <br />any vacancies among existing commercial tenants will occur solely <br />in connection with the non-renewal of such tenants' leases in <br />accordance with their terms. Accordingly, there is no <br />expectation that any relocation of existing commercial tenants in <br />the Building will be required. <br /> <br />IV. EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT <br /> <br /> A. ProDertV Acquisition. <br /> Tivoli Building, L.L.C. now owns the Site. The Site is <br /> <br />presently subject to a deed of trust in favor of Lindell Bank and <br />Trust. <br /> <br /> B. Proiect Administration and Financing. <br /> <br /> The Developer will be responsible for implementing this <br />Redevelopment Proposal.
