Year 8 - The Base Assessed Value plus 60% of the <br /> difference between the current assessed value <br /> and the Base Assessed Value; <br /> <br /> Year 9 - The Base Assessed Value plus 80% of the <br /> difference between the current assessed value <br /> and the Base Assessed Value; <br /> <br /> Year 10 - The Base Assessed Value plus 100% of the <br /> difference between the current assessed value <br /> and the Base Assessed Value. <br /> <br /> (iv) In addition, during the ten year period of <br /> tax relief provided in Paragraph C(i) hereof, Developer <br /> agrees that it will, through a combination of payments to <br /> the St. Louis County Collector of Revenue of the special <br /> business tax imposed by the City upon properties in the <br /> Eastgate-Westgate Project Area as provided in Paragraph <br /> C(ii) hereof and a contribution to the Loop Foundation, pay <br /> a total amount equal to the maximum legal special business <br /> <br /> taxes to be paid by the Property for each such year. <br /> D. Estimated Impact on University City. <br /> <br /> The Developer estimates that re-opening of the theater <br />and continued operation of the commercial/retail spaces in the <br />Building will restore or save, as the case may be, approximately <br />42 jobs. The Developer believes that saving the historically <br />unique Tivoli Building will provide significant collateral <br />benefits to the culture and economy of the Loop and University <br />City generally by providing a site for quality entertainment and <br />by stimulating retail patronage and sales throughout the area. <br /> <br />SL02 239182.8 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
