ll. Occupancy. The Redeveloper shall not allow the <br />Property to be occupied or leased in connection with or pursuant <br />to any government subsidized housing program; provided,. however, <br />that the construction and operation of the provisions of this <br />paragraph shall be subject to and comply with the non- <br />discrimination provisions of paragraph 14 hereof. <br /> <br /> 12. AGreement to Run With the Land. This Agreement and all <br />other documents incorporated herein by reference shall run with <br />the land and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon <br />the heirs, executors, administrators, grantees, successors and <br />assigns of the parties hereto. <br /> <br /> 13. Recording. This Agreement ~h~ll be recorded in the <br />Office of the Recorder of Deeds of the County of St. Louis, <br />Missouri. <br /> <br /> 14. Non-Discrimination. The Redeveloper shall not <br />discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, handicap, age, <br />religion, national origin or sex in any manner in the <br />acquisition, redevelopment, rehabilitation, use and conveyance of <br />the Property. <br /> <br /> 15. Land Speculation. Redeveloper agrees that it is <br />acquiring the Property for the purpose of redevelopment as set <br />forth in its Redevelopment Proposal and that neither it or its <br />successors or assigns shall acquire the Property for purposes of <br />land speculation. <br /> <br />STL-295439 <br /> - 13 - <br /> <br /> <br />
