LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI. 301 WHFu%FAS, there is a public alley south of FulleRon between Braddock and Tamerton in University City, Missouri, in St. Louis County, Missouri; and WHEREAS, a hearing was held at the City Hall of University City, Missouri, at 7:3~ p.m. on September 12, 1994, to hear any comments concerning the proposed vacation of this alley; and WHEREAS, all comments concerning the proposed vacation of the said alley were heard. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEl9 BY TIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section I. The public alley in the following described property and all of the City's right, title and interest therein, reserving, however, all public utility easements, if any, is hereby vacated, surrendered and quitclaimed; said property is more specifically described, including both Part A and Part B, as follows: Part A is the 20 foot wide alley located between and parallel to Fullerton Ave. (50 feet wide) and Seville Ave. (50 feet wide), and extending eastwardly from the eastern right of way line of Braddock Dr. (50 feet wide) to the eastern limit of the Darstdale subdivision. The north edge of the alley coincides with the south line of lots 1-12 of Block 17 of the Darstdale Subdivision. The south edge of the alley coincides with the north line of lots 13-20 of Block 17 of the Darstdale Subdivision, a recorded subdivision in University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri. Part B is the 20 fOot wide alley located between and parallel to Fullerton Ave. (50 feet wide) and Seville Ave. (50 feet wide), and extending westwardly from the western right of way line of Tamerton Ave. (50 feet wide) to the western limit of Darstdale No. 2 subdivision. The north edge of the alley coincides with the south line of lots 37-52 of Block 22 of Darstdale No. 2 Subdivision.
