(2) <br /> <br />A false alarm fine of $25 shall be assessed against the alarm <br />user/subscriber for the second false alarm occurring in any <br />calendar year. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />A false alarm fine of $50 shall be assessed against the alarm <br />user/subscriber for each false alarm occurring after the <br />second false alarm in any calendar year. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any <br />person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation <br />of Chapter 23 nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Unless otherwise provided herein, any person, firm or <br />corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br />conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1, Section 1-8, <br />of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
